Job description
You'll sit next to doinstruct's founders , and you decide which workflows move to Claude agents, what ships to production, and what gets killed. Every project you take on has to clear one bar: a 3-5x return in hours saved, revenue generated, or headcount avoided . If it doesn't clear that bar, we don't build it. This is full-time, in-office in Prenzlauer Berg at least 4 days a week, starting as soon as you can move. 🛠️ What you'll do Work directly with Charlotte and Mona on cross-functional initiatives across GTM, Product, and Ops. Find the highest-leverage workflows in the company, redesign them around Claude agents, MCPs, and Skills, ship them, and measure the lift. Build the automations yourself, in Claude Code, GitHub, n8n or Zapier, and directly inside HubSpot and Planhat. Own launches end-to-end: brief, plan, execute, retro. 🤖 How we work Pick your Claude tool by what the problem needs: Cowork for anything multi-step and messy, Code when something has to run, Sonnet or Opus for the genuinely hard stuff, Haiku for volume. Anything you'd do twice gets checked into GitHub as a skill or an agent, so it's still there after you move on. "Claude said so" doesn't fly here. "Claude said so, here's how I checked" does. You don't need a CS degree. You do need to be comfortable opening a terminal and figuring it out. 📈 Where this role can grow Three tracks so far: become the go-to person for one function (sales, marketing, partnerships, or CX), go deep on AI as a senior IC shaping how the whole company builds with it, or grow into Chief of Staff and take on broader ownership across the business, a role that doesn't exist yet. Which one depends on what you're pulled toward and what the company needs when we get there. 🧭 Who you are 1-2 years of operator experience, including internships, at a top startup, consultancy, VC/PE, or investment bank. Extra credit if you've been a Founder's Associate, Chief of Staff, GTM engineer, or founded something yourself. Top 5% of your peers, provable through founding experience, a leadership track record, grades, or an unusual builder résumé. AI-native, not AI-curious. You already run Claude, Cursor, and n8n day to day, and you've shipped at least one automation that's still running in production. You measure your own impact in hours saved and revenue generated, not in slides produced or meetings held. You'd rather write a on…
