This is a high-ownership role where you'll define what we build and how we build it, translating messy operational challenges into elegant agent architectures that work in production. Every decision you make in these early stages shapes how logistics companies will operate for the next decade. • Define the product vision and roadmap for Zauber's AI agent platform, balancing individual customer needs with technical feasibility, scalability and business impact • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and pain points, then translate those into clear product requirements and agent architectures • Partner closely with engineering to design system integrations and user experiences that handle the reality of freight forwarding operations • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including use case and feature prioritization, success metrics, and iteration based on production data 👤 You Might Be a Fit If You... • Have 5+ years of product management experience building technical products, ideally in AI, automation, or enterprise software • Are comfortable with ambiguity and can make clear decisions with incomplete information • Have strong technic…
