About BoWatt BoWatt is building agentic requirements and systems engineering software for manufacturing . We believe AI will reach PhD-level engineering capability within the next 10 years . This will unlock massive value across complex manufacturing industries. Cars. Planes. Rockets. Factories. Chips. Medical devices. All will be engineered with agents. We bootstrapped BoWatt to €500k+ ARR before raising our first round. BoWatt is backed by tier-1 investors , including Atlantic Foodlabs, Buildery (CDTM affiliates), and Prequel Ventures, along with angels from Cohere and Luminovo. You’ll join a small team of startup builders focused on speed, ownership, and execution . Over half the team are former founders , with backgrounds across DeepTech AI, gaming, and other startups. We’ve studied and worked at institutions and companies including Stanford, TUM, Google, EA , and YC-backed AI startups . The role As our Founding Product Success Manager , you will sit between our customers and product team . You will own customer success after the initial sale while also playing a hands-on role in shaping and improving the product. This is not a traditional Customer Success role. You will work directly with customers, understand their problems in depth, and work with our engineers to turn those problems into product improvements . Own the customer relationship after the initial sale , from onboarding through successful adoption and long-term partnership Build strong relationships with users, champions, and senior stakeholders at large Mittelstand companies and Tier-1 enterprises in the DACH region and beyond Spend significant time with customers to understand their workflows, problems, and product needs Drive product adoption across customer teams and help users integrate BoWatt into their day-to-day engineering processes Ensure customers get measurable value from BoWatt by regularly reviewing progress, identifying blockers, and developing practical solutions Run operative product management for customer-driven improvements : understand problems, define requirements, create and prioritize tickets, and work closely with engineering through implementation Test new features with customers , collect feedback, and iterate together with the product and engineering teams Own customer-facing software incidents and bugs end-to-end , from initial investigation and reproduction thr…
