Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient communication. Collaborate with international teams to stay updated on the latest fitness and wellness industry trends and software updates. Contribute to the positive brand reputation of our client by acting as a brand ambassador for their health-focused technology. Requirements Native or fluent French (spoken and written). Proficiency in English to effectively interact with our global team. A genuine passion for the fitness, health, and wellness industry.
