Comand AI core product is a next generation command and control software platform, which allows militaries to operate at machine speed in a communication and GNSS denied context. This is a product engineering role. Unlike our Forward Deployed Engineers, you are not embedded with clients or responsible for running deployments in the field. You turn operational needs and field feedback into a durable core product. What this looks like in practice: Own end-to-end features on Prevail, our operational planning platform, from scoping and interaction choices through backend implementation and production Spend significant time on the front end, building clear, reliable workflows for users working with complex information under pressure Solve real geospatial problems: move data between backend and frontend through tile servers and use PostGIS for demanding spatial queries Build and harden ML and LLM workflow orchestration, including retries, queueing, and long-running jobs with LangGraph and LangChain Design for on-prem and appliance deployment, where hardware, connectivity, and resource constraints matter as much as cloud scalability Work closely with product, design, and forward-deployed teams t…
