About the Role As a Full Stack Engineer at Kpler, you will play a central role in designing, building, and operating responsive web applications and backend APIs that deliver real-time trade intelligence to global market leaders. Working across frontend user interfaces and microservice architectures, you will turn complex datasets into intuitive, high-impact features. Your contributions will directly enhance how clients interact with critical maritime analytics, driving data-driven decisions across global supply chains. Key Responsibilities Build, scale, and maintain modern web applications using TypeScript with modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React) and Python (FastAPI). Design and implement high-performance REST and GraphQL APIs that efficiently stream real-time global trade data. Own feature delivery end-to-end, from early technical scoping and data modeling to deployment, monitoring, and production support. Maintain software quality, observability, and system reliability across cloud infrastructure on AWS using Docker, CI/CD, and Datadog. Integrate modern AI-assisted engineering workflows (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude) to accelerate feature development and streamline code maintenance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and peer Engineers to translate product vision into scalable software. Experience & Background What you'll need (Must-haves) 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience building and maintaining production web applications.
