Konica Minolta is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Global Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact customer implementations and enterprise transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned project leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys partnering with global clients, and excels at driving projects from concept through successful delivery. As a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders, you will manage large-scale, cross-functional projects that directly influence business outcomes. You will collaborate with executive leadership, technical teams, operations, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. This is a primarily remote position with a preference for candidates located in the Dallas, TX or Memphis, TN metropolitan areas to support key client relationships. Exceptional candidates located elsewhere will also be considered. Periodic travel, typically on a quarterly basis, is expected to support customer engagements, project milestones, and team collaboration. Responsibilities • Establish realistic goals and implement action plans for achieving set objectives • Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures, and guidelines. • Ensure availability of financial, material and human resources required to complete a project successfully • Evaluate the progress of a project to detect limitations or faults to seek solutions to a more efficient process • Develop internal communication strategies useful in ensuring communication between various stakeholders, departments of an organization • Use specialized tools and techniques to delegate and ensure even distribution of tasks to project team members • Participate in educational programs to update job knowledge and expand personal network • Motivate team members to meet project goals by effectively carrying out their responsib…
