As we scale our investment platform and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our finance team with leaders who can combine technical strength with commercial judgement and execution excellence. About the Role As we expand our portfolio of AI factories, GPU clusters, and supporting infrastructure, we are hiring a Group Finance Director to lead across financial reporting, financial planning, strategic finance and finance operations. This is a highly visible role working directly with the executive team and shareholders that will interact with all parts of the business from procurement to operations. You will lead the finance function on a day-to day basis and build scalable processes to support business growth. What You'll Do Leadership and development of group finance functions, overseeing all aspects across; FP&A, Controllership, Treasury and Finance Operations Provide support for the process around acquisitions and strategic partnerships Build meaningful relationships with customers and suppliers ensuring best in class working capital management, overseeing AR, AP, payroll Manage debt compliance in project finance and SPV environment, managing complex organisation structure.
