Your mission at Phlair As a Growth & Operations Intern , you support Phlair’s commercial and go-to-market efforts across customer research, pipeline development, and strategic analysis. You work closely with the commercial team, CEO, and technical teams to help turn technology progress into real market traction. This role is ideal if you want to understand how deep-tech climate companies sell, position themselves, and navigate regulation-driven markets.
