Line of Business: Product Management Job Description: The Head of Business Development, US Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending will be responsible for setting and executing business development strategy for TD's US Credit Card business. The leader will drive transformative growth and build on TD's momentum by establishing and executing clear strategies and goals to increase the scale and profitability of TD's card business. Depth & Scope: Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required Works with multiple stakeholders, lead the identification, assessment and implementation of innovative, strategic commercial opportunities for the profitable growth of the TD's North American Credit Card business. Categories include sales finance, private label, co-brand and related financial/payment products Develops strategies and action plans to acquire new business opportunities that will drive significant growth in customers, receivables, revenues and earnings while adhering to TD's risk appetite statement Represents TD to the potential partners and other market place participants. Represent CCUL in strategic assessments, ventures and initiatives Identifies, cultivates and close critical relationships with potential strategic partners.
