Your mission Mimica is growing fast, and so is the demand on our Platform Team. As Head of Platform, you will lead a lean but highly capable team that is the backbone of every engineering squad in the company, and you will own the infrastructure strategy, including all AI infrastructure, as we scale. The Platform team services the entire engineering organisation: keeping environments healthy, unblocking teams, building the infrastructure that lets everyone else move faster, and working with teams regarding SRE topics and developer experience too. As you work with us, the role will develop into designing Mimica’s infrastructure strategy at scale. The team has 4 engineers today, around 6 by the end of the year, and 10+ in 2027, so the role has the potential to grow into a “manager of managers” level as the company grows.
