We are looking for a Head of Product & Technology (m/f/x) to support us in our mission with immediate effect. In this role, you will be a key member of the Cara Care leadership team and report directly to the Managing Director of Cara Care. You will own the combined product and technology agenda across our DiGA products for IBS and GERD as well as our R&D portfolio. Your mission is to build a clinically effective, user-centric, compliant, and scalable digital therapeutics platform that strengthens Cara Care’s position as a category leader in digital care. You combine product leadership, technical depth, and regulated healthcare expertise. You set direction, create focus, build strong teams, and ensure that product discovery, engineering delivery, data/AI capabilities, and compliance requirements work together effectively. 🚀 Your Mission Product and technology strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution across existing and future digital therapeutic offerings End-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and delivery to optimization, engagement, and measurable patient impact Engineering architecture across mobile/web frontend, backend services, data, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security, and integrations Data and AI capabilities, including analytics, personalization, automation, experimentation, and responsible AI-enabled product features Translation of clinical, regulatory, reimbursement, privacy, and security requirements into pragmatic product and technology solutions Software-as-a-medical-device lifecycle practices, including risk management, documentation discipline, change control, audit readiness, and post-market considerations Operating model, delivery rhythms, decision rights, and ownership across Product, Engineering, Design, and D…
