About the Role As the Head of Program Management , you will own the execution of our project portfolio from first concept to series production across Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, and Industrial BESS . That means leading teams of Project Leads, Product Owners, and Field Application Engineers, and reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer. You are an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on turning complex development roadmaps into tangible, high-quality products while balancing the unique demands of both vehicle-level and grid-scale energy storage safety and performance. Your Future Tasks at a glance Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of all projects, ensuring they meet milestones, budget constraints, and resource allocations. Identify cross-project synergies and manage dependencies to mitigate systemic risks. Team Mentorship: Lead Team Leads and senior contributors to foster professional and technical growth.
