About the role The Horizontal Process Design Senior Manager for OH/ICO/Cash provides leadership for a portfolio of transformation programs covering multiple finance processes, geographies, or strategic initiatives. Accountable for governance, delivery performance, organizational change, capability building, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and realization of transformation benefits. Leads team leaders, project managers, and transformation specialists while partnering closely with senior finance and GBS leaders. The senior manager is accountable for the governance, execution, control, and continuous improvement of OH/ICO/Cash processes, ensuring accurate allocation, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and effective stakeholder engagement across the organization. Also responsible to translate finance transformation strategy into successful execution by leading complex transformation portfolios, strengthening organizational capabilities, managing risk, and ensuring measurable business outcomes from transformation investments. Main accountabilities: • Lead multiple transformation programs. • Establish governance and benefits realization. • Drive process standardization and automation. • Develop leadership capability. • Partner with senior stakeholders. About you Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance / accounting/ business; experience within Diageo for OH/ ICO/ Cash management (the combination of all is an advantage) 8-12 years in Finance Transformation, Consulting, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Business Transformation. 3-5 years people management. Exemplary Risk Management (Internal Controls, Managing Risk, Embedding Compliance & Ethics) Strong analytical skills to be able to see and understand the big picture and deliver high level message, offering solutions for issues Experience in shared service environment, transformation/project management, process design and S4HANA use is an advantage Flexible Working Statement Flexibility is key to our success.
