About The Role Taktile empowers financial institutions to transform into truly AI-native organizations. We're growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we're looking for an HR Intern to be Taktile's ambassador to our future employees. You will collaborate closely with our People team to ensure the efficient management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing feedback and support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our HR systems, keeping employee data accurate, and supporting the administrative tasks that keep our people operations running smoothly. By handling these essential tasks, you will contribute significantly to shaping the company's growth and ensuring we maintain a high standard of employee satisfaction and performance. You will work closely with colleagues across all departments to manage various HR activities. What You'll Do as an HR Intern Employee Onboarding: Once candidates join our team, take the lead in preparing and coordinating first-day agendas for new hires, managing communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Database and Profile Management: Maintain and update HR-related content on our internal databases and manage employee profiles in our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. This is crucial for consistency and compliance with company policies. Administrative Support: Prepare documents for various processes (internal transfers, mobility, etc.). Employee Benefits Management: Assist in managing and communicating benefits for employees, ensuring they are well informed about their entitlements and processes. General HR Support: Assist with any HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate information to employees and managers. Process Improvement & AI Enablement: Help identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, including building and refining AI tools (e.g. Claude skills) to make our people operations more efficient. About You Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist team members in achieving common goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
