Responsibilities Automates and streamlines system analysis, data integration, and reporting capabilities; maintains security controls for and ensures uninterrupted service for end users. Optimizes all technology systems to meet workforce growth requirements, creating opportunities to deliver operational excellence and automation and streamline any process pain paints. Provides data/system guidance and support for organizational restructuring, implementing data governance processes and procedures to maintain data integrity and security. Maintains key relationships with key stakeholders on future platform and functionality requirements and keeps them informed on technology or process changes when relevant. Serves as technical point of contact for assigned functions, leads technology implementations and enhancements, and assists functional leads to ensure data integrity, test system changes, and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities. Manages internal and external reporting for information related to work events, position management, and reorganizations. Identifies and initiates improvement opportunities around system, process, data and user experience, and recommends options to leaders with justification, potential impacts and supporting data for the approach. Creates process documentation standards and works with functional experts to ensure that all HR processes are properly documented and updated as needed.
