You'll keep merchants, digital agencies, and internal stakeholders informed with regular updates, and you'll monitor progress against the agreed go-live date so you can act early when timelines are at risk. This is a newly formed function that's now expanding into new markets. That means you'll have genuine influence over how the role and its processes take shape, working closely with a flat, collaborative team where good practice is shared regardless of hierarchy.
