What you will do: Own our ATS (Ashby): Get hands-on admin experience with Ashby, where you’ll manage user access, maintain templates, and help the team experiment with AI features and automations. Champion Data Quality: Keep our recruitment engine running smoothly by maintaining dashboards, auditing candidate profiles, and finding smart, proactive solutions to keep our database spotless. Supercharge our Tech & Partnerships: Manage our agency contracts, ensure partners have the right system access, and support integrations with new tools that make our recruiters' lives easier. Set our Recruiters up for Success: Partner closely with recruiters to get new roles live, ensuring perfect interview pipelines, excellent candidate experience, and compliant job postings.
