On behalf of a fast-growing European HealthTech company, we are looking for an International Growth Manager (m/w/d) to lead its market entry and expansion across the Nordic region . The initial focus will be on Sweden, Denmark, and Finland , with the objective of launching and scaling a digital healthcare offering in the rapidly growing market for medically supported weight management. This is not a purely strategic position. You will take ownership of market entry, launch execution, and commercial growth. Working closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Medical, and Legal teams, you will translate market insights into scalable and successful country launches. Tasks Develop and execute the market-entry strategy for Sweden, Denmark, and Finland Conduct in-depth market assessments covering regulatory requirements, competitive positioning, patient needs, and local healthcare infrastructure Build and continuously refine a repeatable Country Launch Playbook Drive localization, legal and regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and local supply-chain integration Own the commercial strategy and business case for each marketEvaluate pricing, reimbursement potential, unit economics, and key growth levers Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across Product, Operations, Marketing, Medical, and LegalIdentify and establish strategic partnerships that support market access, brand development, and long-term commercial success Monitor and optimize post-launch performance based on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, and contribution margin Lead strategic growth initiatives, including testing new business models, channels, and partnership opportunities across the Nordic region Requirements At least three years of professional experience in strategy consulting, venture development, international expansion, or strategic growth A strong academic degree in Business, Economics, or a related field Fluency in English and Swedish or Danish Finnish and German language skills are a strong advantage A proven track record of launching or scaling businesses in new markets Ideally, hands-on experience in Sweden, Denmark, or Finland A strong understanding of the commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics of the Nordic markets Excellent analytical skills and confidence in developing business cases and unit-economics models The ability to translate data…
