Job description

Reports to: People Manager / Operations team Location: London / UK preferred (hybrid — office access is a bonus, not required) Company Overview: Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native cloud platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale. Our infrastructure powers GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems designed for the most demanding environments. We are not building a generic cloud. This is a startup model: attitude and adaptability matter more to us than years of experience or the size of team you've previously managed. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and our EOR and benefits providers, regional legal and finance partners, and every hiring manager relying on one people function as we scale. What You'll Do You will provide day-to-day operational and technical support across Radiant's IT systems, hardware, and end users. The role acts as a first point of contact for IT support requests and plays a key part in keeping core systems, devices, and user accounts running smoothly, securely, and in line with company policies.
