The role is fundamentally about problem solving: understanding business challenges, breaking them down, and delivering pragmatic, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams, operating with a high degree of autonomy. That means proactively gathering context, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring work lands effectively. Data Platform sits at the centre of the business, with a real opportunity to shape how teams interact with data. The focus is on enabling fast, iterative analytics, moving from idea to insight quickly, while maintaining strong foundations around reliability, cost, and security.
