We seek a talented Flutter Developer to join our Augsburg office and contribute to our mission of enhancing digital mobility. Tasks As a member of our Flutter product development team, you will design, develop, and enhance features for our smartphone app, which is used by over a million users worldwide and available on both the App Store and Google Play Store. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and agile methodologies, playing an active role in shaping our product vision and technology strategy. You'll support the development team in reaching its goals and be eager to take on responsibilities. You'll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience. Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional experience developing cross-platform apps using Flutter for both Android and iOS. Passionate about creating high-quality, complex applications within agile development teams. Experience with AI-driven development workflows and tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex to streamline coding, refactoring, and testing is a plus . Solid understanding of web technologies such as REST, JSON, and HTTP. Proficient in object-oriented programming and familiar with design patterns and version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment. We communicate in English; German language skills are not required .
