About the role We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to become a trusted partner to our Chief Financial Officer while supporting the wider Finance leadership team. This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. At least 30% of your time will be dedicated to partnering directly with the CFO, ensuring they can focus on the highest-value priorities. The remainder of your role will focus on driving operational excellence across the Finance organisation, coordinating strategic initiatives and helping turn discussions into execution.
