Your Role As a Lead Group Controller , you take a key role at the intersection of Group Accounting, Business Controlling / FP&A, and external stakeholder reporting. You own our Group Management Reporting under HGB & IFRS, deep-diving into P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow performance to explain variances against plan. You turn complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that help leadership steer the business. In this role, you also drive data transparency, process and system improvements to scale with FINN's growth. Your Mission Own Management Reporting: Translate monthly and year-end closing accounts (HGB & IFRS) into an insightful Group Management Reporting for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement, targeting internal leadership, board, shareholders, and banks. Provide clear commentary on business performance and financial variance analysis against the plan, while continuously developing the structure and content of the Management Reporting. Analyze Performance & Business Drivers: Deep-dive into financial data to identify deviations to the plan, drivers for cost and revenue and cash flow performance, and underlying root causes.
