LastPass is looking for Manager, Delivery: In this role, you will lead and develop a team of delivery professionals. You will build delivery capability and drive outcomes across engineering, helping LastPass deliver on its mission to give everyone seamless access to everything they need to work, move fast, and stay protected. About the team: The Delivery team is a group of professionals who bring together product ownership, project delivery, planning, and stakeholder coordination across LastPass Engineering. The team is globally distributed, primarily located in Europe, and partners closely with engineering and product management to translate priorities into clear plans, manage dependencies, and drive predictable, well-coordinated outcomes across our products. If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you! Who will you work with? You will partner closely with Engineering leadership, Product Management, Design, and Security to maintain alignment and improve delivery outcomes across our products. You will also engage regularly with a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation, representing delivery priorities, facilitating cross-team coordination, and communicating plans and outcomes in a globally distributed, fast-paced engineering environment.
