Role overview | Context We're building the future of payments, and to do that, we need to operate at the highest possible standards. We are currently scaling a new, high-impact operations team, strategically positioned at the centre of the organisation, to supercharge our product delivery and drive execution excellence across the entire business. This is not a traditional operations role. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of the Product engine at Checkout as we continue to pursue multiple growth opportunities from our core Acquiring portfolio to broader solutions such as Issuing, Payouts, IDV, Risk and Financial Experiences. This Operations and Strategy opportunity is a high-impact, hands-on role for exceptional problem-solvers. Each individual in the team will be specially selected for a new program, each embedded directly into tactical product teams. Their mission is to be a professional problem-solver who can take on the most complex operational and strategic challenges, find the root cause using data, and then design, build, and implement scalable, automated solutions. This role demands executional excellence, process automation, and data-driven problem-solving. The successful candidate will combine granular, hands-on experience in executing processes with a high-level strategic view, redesigning and automating those processes to drive tangible value.
