Allianz Digital Health (ADH) is a Munich, Germany based 100% subsidiary of Allianz SE aiming at the modernization and digitization of global Allianz health entities. ADH's role is to define and implement best practices in Health data management, product design, pricing, underwriting, and claims management and to foster business performance of Allianz Health insurance entities around the globe. As Manager/ Senior Consultant Health, you take on regional responsibility for selected Health markets, acting as a trusted advisor at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and hands-on project delivery, driving growth initiatives, governance processes, and technical excellence across the global Health business. Tasks You take on regional responsibility for selected Health markets and act as the central point of contact for the respective entities Analyzing global Health insurance markets and trends, you derive strategic implications and optimization approaches for business models and products Keeping track of the business performance of Allianz Health entities worldwide, you develop concrete actions to optimize performance Together with ADH subject matter experts, you lead maturity assessments (e.g. pricing, underwriting, claims and provider management) Driving the implementation of regulatory and Group-wide guidelines, you take responsibility for selected governance processes end-to-end, including stakeholder coordination Together with the Allianz Health entities, you develop and steer global growth initiatives Requirements Master's degree in business, economics, mathematics, natural sciences or medicine 5+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting and/or the insurance industry Proven experience in independently leading complex, cross-functional projects, even without disciplinary management responsibility Confident manner when engaging with senior stakeholders as well as strong persuasive skills Expertise in Health insurance Highly analytical and structured approach and strong problem-solving skills High degree of self-organization, willingness to take full ownership and the ambition to cover a broad range of topics, paired with a hands-on attitude Familiarity with AI-based tools for data analysis or market research Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are a plus Benefits The Best of Both Worlds: You enj…
