The opportunity Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors. How you'll make an impact 1. You will establish and maintain the engineering digital transformation guideline on HUB engineering level. 2. You work closely with BU/GPG/HUB IT and BPO team to support factory to develop proper digital process. 3. You will lead the improvement of engineering process as per BU strategy of digital transformation. 4. You guide local engineering team to establish and maintain PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) platform. 5. You work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end engineering process. 6. You introduce or share the best practice cross HUBs/Factories in terms of digital transformation. 7. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 8. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in project management or computer science technology. 2. Strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills. 3. Customer focused; Knowledge of general electrical/mechanical design. 4.
