Job description

Tessl is a fast-growing Series A startup based in London, founded by Guy Podjarny, who previously founded Snyk. We’ve raised more than $100 million from world-class investors, including Index Ventures, Accel, GV and Boldstart. In 2025, Tessl ranked #2 in Sifted’s B2B SaaS Rising 100 and #20 in its AI 100. What You'll Do Run US events end to end Own operational delivery once strategy, objectives, and format are agreed: timelines, run-of-show, budgets, vendors, venues, catering, AV, signage, swag, and shipping Be the primary owner on the ground, and troubleshoot calmly when something breaks an hour before doors open Make Tessl events feel considered and consistent, not just staffed Support the developer community program Help chapter leaders across the US navigate venues, formats, logistics, swag, and promotion Show up for priority community events and represent Tessl in the room Build repeatable resources so local chapters get more self-sufficient over time Coordinate conferences, partner and field events Manage Tessl's presence at third-party conferences and developer events, and support commercial B2B activations with Sales and Partnerships: booths, sponsorships, side events, dinners, and co-hosted events Keep both sides clear on responsibilities and deadlines on co-hosted events, and support larger programs like US roadshows alongside senior team members Help fill the ro…
