Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ About The Role We are looking for a Mobile Growth Manager to take full ownership of monetization and retention for our AI LLM chat mobile app on iOS and Android. You will be accountable for how much revenue each mobile user generates and for how long they stay. This is a senior, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership. You own the funnel from store listing to first session, trial, paid conversion, renewal and win-back. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has grown ARPU and retention on subscription apps, who can run experiments quickly and independently, and who knows how to work within Apple and Google subscription rules. You will manage performance against real revenue data (ARPU, trial-to-paid conversion, ROI D7, retention and cohorts), not vanity metrics. Deliver a quarterly ARPU target on mobile (set against a measured baseline), through conversion, retention and perceived product value. Own the paywall and pricing: offerings, packaging, trial and intro-offer structure, price tests by geo, and placement. Run them through RevenueCat or an equivalent. Own onboarding and activation: shorten the path to the first moment of value and fix drop-offs in the first session and first week. Build retention and win-back loops: push, in-app messaging, cancellation-save flows and involuntary-churn recovery (billing retries, grace periods). Own store conversion: ASO, listing and screenshot tests, ratings and review prompts on the App Store and Google Play. Keep web and app aligned: manage the web-to-app handoff and make sure subscribers get a consistent experience and entitlement across both. Manage signal quality: subscription and in-app events,…
