What You Will Do Creative Direction & Motion Design Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for projects Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content Present design concepts to stakeholders clearly and persuasively Technical & Workflow Mastery Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative innovation with timely delivery Troubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues to maintain quality Trend & Innovation Stay at the forefront of and global motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools Experiment with advanced VFX, 3…
