The Apple Customer Systems Operations team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with operational depth to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on designing, building, and owning full-stack software systems and automation platforms that power the reliability, observability, and operational intelligence of our business-critical, globally distributed applications. Description Software Engineering (70%) Working alongside the Tech lead - architect, develop, and own full-stack applications and internal platforms that automate operational workflows, system monitoring, and incident management at scale. Build robust backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Java (JEE/Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI), following clean architecture principles with a focus on performance, testability, and maintainability. Develop rich, responsive front-end dashboards and tooling using React, enabling operations and engineering teams to gain real-time visibility into system health, incidents, and KPIs.
