We’re hiring a Partner Operations Specialist to help build and scale the operational backbone of our rapidly growing Business Development and third-party partner network in Texas. In this pivotal role, you will support new brokers, digital aggregators, and marketing partners joining Octopus Energy US, guiding them through a smooth, compliant onboarding process and ensuring our operational engine runs seamlessly. Sitting directly within our Business Development team, you won't be tucked away behind static spreadsheets or stuck in routine call center queues. You will be the operational bridge connecting commercial partners, internal data engineers, finance, and retail operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented, tech-forward problem solver to take real ownership of partner workflows, commission validation, and conversion analytics in a fast-growth scale-up.
