We're looking for an ambitious People Executive to help build an exceptional employee experience at Healf. This is an ideal opportunity for an exceptional graduate or someone early in their career who thrives on ownership, loves bringing order to fast-moving environments, and genuinely cares about creating a workplace where people can do their best work. You'll sit at the heart of the business, ensuring our office runs seamlessly, every new joiner has an outstanding experience, and our culture continues to scale as we grow. You'll constantly look for ways to improve processes, automate manual work, and raise the bar across every employee touchpoint. Where you'll make an impact Workplace: Create a workplace that is organised, energising and enables the team to perform at their best. Own the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring spaces, meeting rooms and equipment are always ready for use. Manage workplace technology, inventory and supplies, proactively identifying improvements before they become problems. Culture and Engagement: Launch initiatives that strengthen team connection, including buddy programmes, coffee chats and other engagement activities. Coordinate inspiring fireside chats, team meetings and internal events. Plan quarterly socials and wellbeing initiatives aligned to Healf's four wellbeing pillars. Gather feedback from employees and identify opportunities to improve the overall employee experience. What you'll bring Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
