YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT As a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) at plancraft, you take ownership of Paid Social channels (e.g. Paid Social, Paid Search, or Programmatic) and drive its performance end-to-end. You execute, analyse, and continuously optimise campaigns based on data, while identifying scalable growth opportunities within your domain. You contribute to a high-performing marketing setup by bringing deep channel expertise and translating insights into clear, actionable improvements. Your Responsibilities Own the performance of Paid Social channels end-to-end — from setup and execution to optimisation and reporting Plan, launch, and continuously optimise campaigns based on clear KPIs (e.g. CPA, ROAS, pipeline impact) Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights to improve results Run structured experiments (A/B tests) and scale successful approaches within your channel Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, and RevOps to improve creatives, messaging, and funnel performance Support the development of tracking, attribution, and reporting setups to enable reliable decision-making Identify and test new opportunities within your channel to unlock additional growth Stay up to date with platform developments, trends, and automation or AI-driven improvements YOUR PROFILE Must-haves: 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marke…
