WHAT YOU WILL DO As member of our Fund Legal & Governance team, you will report to the Fund Legal Manager. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership and innovation. Your expertise in emerging trends and practices will evoke stimulating discussions around optimization and change to help keep our competitive edge. This is a rare opportunity for a student to gather a meaningful experience in an exciting role within a top global Real Estate Asset Manager. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Supporting team members with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks Handling incoming mail, including categorisation, scanning, and filing in documents management systems and hard-copy archives Maintaining organised electronic and physical records in line with established folder structures, naming conventions, and internal guidelines Updating and maintaining legal entity databases based on supporting legal documents Assisting in the development and maintenance of processes for the legal entity records and good governance practises Participating in the review and update of legal and corporate documentation Assisting with the organisation of quarterly board meetings of Luxembourg SPVs Taking and drafting minutes or resolutions when needed Assisting with AML/KYC requests and coordination with internal teams and service providers Collaborating efficiently and effectively with internal teams and third parties, including notaries, banks, transfer agents, tax advisors, auditors, etc. Supporting and coordinating the execution of the legal documents in electro…
