A day in the life of a Client Service Placement On placement in the Client Service team, you'll serve as the link between our clients and experts. You'll work on multiple projects from investors, strategists and dealmakers at top-tier client organisations. This is a communications-intense frontline role requiring excellent multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Your responsibilities will include: Owning expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients’ requests. Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate. Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
