The opportunity: Our Power+ Graduate Program jumpstarts your career with a truly unique journey that will take you across three 6-month work assignments before moving into a permanent position. Freedom to choose the three assignments based on business need and personal interests to craft an individual program. Possible to conduct international assignments during 2nd and 3rd assignment period. While you are a full-time, permanent team member, each assignment will be within a different part of our business and provides deep, experiential learning opportunities within different segments.
