About the role We're expanding access to affordable credit by launching credit products that make a real difference to customers. We move quickly, often with leading fintech, consumer and e-commerce companies, so that we can offer affordable credit at the right point in the customer journey. We work in a highly regulated environment, so our products have to work end to end from day one: technically, operationally and commercially. As a Product Associate, you'll work across product, data and commercials. You'll dig into how our products perform, from funnel conversion to loan-level unit economics, and turn what you find into ideas for how we scale, improve margins and grow. You'll work hands-on with data and code, alongside Product Managers, Engineering, Credit and Operations. You'll help decide where the product goes next, as well as how we ship it. This role is for top-tier STEM or Economics graduates who think like analysts, build like engineers and care about the P&L like owners, and who want to progress to Product Manager at a fast-growing, industry-leading fintech.
