Responsibilities Serving as the key point of contact within Legal for key product lines which may include equities and tokenized securities product, taking charge of Binance's legal needs and obligations for tokenized securities and stock trading products and services, and coordinating with other Legal teams (such as Commercial, Corporate, Regulatory, Data Privacy, Litigation, etc.) and cross-functional teams (such as Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support, Tax, etc.) Advising on ad hoc regulatory issues Facilitating product development through the full product life-cycle (i.e. design, launch, ongoing advisory, etc.), identifying and mitigating Legal risks specific to tokenized securities and traditional financial instruments Advising on regulatory compliance and implementation, with a focus on securities and financial instruments regulation as well as digital assets regulation Drafting, amending, and/or negotiating existing or new product-centric terms and commercial contracts, including brokerage agreements, tokenization agreements, trading terms, and partner contracts, and preparing templates with a view to mitigating risk Advising on product-related marketing, announcements and social media campaigns, ensuring compliance with financial promotion and advertising rules applicable to tokenized securities Advising on client complaints and disputes alongside litigation colleagues, including matters related to tokenized securities and equities trading Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinating with colleagues across jurisdictions and time zones Working with and advising cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support) to drive user acquisition and retention for equities products Keeping up-to-date with industry/m…
