We move fast, work closely with engineering, and obsess over outcomes for our customers. What You'll Be Doing We're seeking a Product Designer to join our centralised team of three, contributing across product areas as our web and mobile apps continue to grow. This hybrid role will touch the journeys customers use to run their businesses, while helping shape our design system. Expect variety: one week you're defining a component, the next you're designing a feature or supporting an acquisition campaign. Work here isn't handed over as a spec to execute; you're expected to think from first principles and bring a point of view. Where the time goes: roughly 70% UX and Product, 20% UI and Visual Design, 10% Marketing and Growth.
