Product Designer (m/f/d)- Physical Products & AI - home decor brand - 100% remote - part-/fulltime

For my client, an established direct-to-consumer home decor brand, I’m looking for a talented Product Designer to join the team on a long-term basis. The company creates distinctive wooden home decor for customers primarily in the US, with a strong focus on wall art alongside selected freestanding pieces. We’re looking for someone who combines a strong design eye with commercial thinking and hands-on AI skills — someone who can turn ideas and market insights into products customers genuinely want to buy. Tasks Your main responsibility will be to develop new, sellable physical products from idea to launch . You’ll identify promising product opportunities through a mix of market and competitor research, emerging trends, existing bestsellers and your own creative ideas. From there, you’ll take concepts through the full development process: Create and visualize new product concepts using AI image-generation tools Refine ideas into commercially viable product directions Collaborate with CAD designers to translate concepts into manufacturable designs Work with suppliers and factories throughout sampling and development Coordinate with the content and advertising teams to prepare products for launch Manage several product concepts and development projects in parallel Requirements Hands-on experience with AI image generation , using tools such as Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, Flux or similar Experience designing physical products — not solely graphic, digital or UX/UI design A strong eye for aesthetics, form and commercial product design , demonstrated through a portfolio Highly organized, reliable and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Fluent English Strong Plus Experience in home decor, furniture, interiors or lifestyle products A background working with wood, handcrafted products or similar materials A strong understanding of US home decor trends and customer preferences Experience collaborating with factories, manufacturers or suppliers , including product sampling and iterations Benefits What You Can Expect 🌍 100% remote – work from anywhere ⏰ Flexible setup – part-time or full-time both possible 🚀 High level of ownership over new products from the earliest idea through launch 🎨 Creative freedom to explore trends, concepts and entirely new product directions 🤖 AI-first product development environment , with modern tools integrated into the…
