As we grow, we're bringing in a Product Lead to own a significant product area and help raise the standard of product across the team. What you'll be doing As Product Lead, you'll own the Partner Platform, a greenfield product launched in the last 12 months, revolutionising how Estate & Letting Agents engage with their partners. Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for your product area, with autonomy from day one to deliver commercial success. Line-manage and develop Product Managers in the team: 1:1s, coaching, and helping people grow. Set the standard for discovery, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication across the product function. A bit about you You've been operating at Senior PM level and you're ready for the next step, or you are already there. You'll have: Proven experience in B2B SaaS, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact. Experience managing or mentoring other PMs. You know what good looks like and you help others get there. Confidence working without a lot of direction. You can set your own course and bring people with you. Genuine comfort using and integrating AI tools into your product work, both day-to-day and strategically. Strong communication. You can explain what you built, why you built it, and what it achieved. A drive to improve not just your product area, but how the whole team operates. Why Street Group?
