And recognise yourself here You have at least three years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in Customer Care, Service, Support, After-Sales or a related operational environment. Customer Care products: You have built or improved products, workflows or digital experiences that help customers find answers or resolve issues. CRM systems: You have hands-on experience with CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is particularly relevant. AI applications: You have a strong curiosity about AI and initial practical experience with AI copilots, agents or comparable solutions in a product or operational context. Automation: You have standardised or automated processes to improve efficiency, quality or consistency. Data-driven product work: You use metrics, customer feedback and qualitative insights to prioritise opportunities and measure product impact. Stakeholder management : You can align business partners with different perspectives around a clear roadmap and make sound prioritisation decisions. Very good German skills at C1 level and English skills at C2 level are required.
