The Product Manager role • Owning the delivery of product strategy and execution for a core area of Light from 0→1 to scale. • Turning complex financial workflows into intuitive, AI-powered experiences. • Partnering with Engineering, Design and Data to ship beautiful, high-impact products fast. • Translating ambiguity into structure: defining clear priorities, metrics, and direction in alignment with engineering and go-to-market teams (Customer Success & Sales) • Working directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance teams to uncover users insights and shape new automation. • Making crisp, high-quality decisions to deliver promptly and effectively: balancing velocity, precision, and impact.
