For our product management team, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, with a strong understanding of machining processes and 2.5D, 3-axis, and 5-axis machining. Your main tasks Customer Needs Analysis and Market Validation: Identification, prioritization, and validation of customer requirements, market potential, and technological opportunities in the field of 2.5D, 3-axis, and 5-axis machining Product Lifecycle Management: Supporting product development from problem definition and discovery through design to the successful market launch of new features and solutions Product Strategy and Prioritization: Evaluating requirements in terms of customer benefit, technical feasibility, and strategic relevance, as well as actively shaping product strategy Validation and Risk Management: Validating new concepts and solutions through customer feedback, field testing, and structured risk analyses Stakeholder and Interface Management: Collaborating with development, QA, application engineering, support, marketing, and sales to ensure consistent and successful product development Product Integration and Accountability for Goals: Ensuring the consistent integration of new features in terms of user experience, product strategy, and the overall hyperMILL concept, as well as taking responsibility for achieving defined product goals and the sustainable improvement of customer value Your profile Extensive CAM and manufacturing expertise: In-depth knowledge of machining and a thorough understanding of CAM processes, CNC machines, control systems, tools, and manufacturing processes Experience in product management: Several years of professional experience in CAM, machining, or product management, as well as experience in…
