About the Pro Activation & Success Team Thumbtack's Pro Activation & Success pillar helps local service businesses discover Thumbtack, get started, find success, and grow with us over time. We build products and experiences that help more pros thrive, partnering closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales across the full pro journey. We're a highly collaborative, data-driven team united by a simple goal: helping pros build stronger businesses. About the role Thumbtack was originally built to serve individual professionals and small businesses. Now, larger and more sophisticated businesses represent one of our biggest opportunities for growth — and serving them well requires us to rethink what Thumbtack can offer. In this role, you'll shape how we win with this segment, from connecting Thumbtack with the tools pros use to run their businesses to creating the foundational experiences they need to succeed at scale. You'll work closely with our partnerships and business development teams to turn integrations into meaningful growth, identify and scale new growth levers tailored to this segment, and bring differentiated products to market. What you’ll do Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for unlocking growth among larger, more sophisticated pros, with accountability for customer and business outcomes. Develop a deep understanding of how these pros operate, using research and data to identify unmet needs, product gaps, and new opportunities for growth. Set the strategy for our APIs, data integrations, and partner offerings, working directly with partnerships, business development, and external partners to create value for pros and open new growth channels.
