Job description
A little about us incident.io is the AI software reliability platform trusted by engineering teams at Notion, Linear, Ramp and 2,000+ companies who can't afford downtime. The stakes are real, the talent is insane, and somehow it's a genuinely lovely place to work. We all pull our weight, go the extra mile, and put in the bit of magic most companies don't have time for, all while having fun and never taking ourselves too seriously. We've raised $100+ million from Index Ventures, Insight Partners, and Point Nine, and we're growing fast. There's never been a better time to join. You’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, happy to work things out from first principles, and confident context switching often. The work is not always glamorous (not much of startup work is!), but it’s always meaningful. It’s a great fit for someone who’s curious, quick, and thrives in ambiguity. You’ll get a front-row seat to how we build and scale products — ideal if you want to continue within an operations-esque role or continue to work within some related product role. It’s also great if you want exposure to the scale-up world before choosing where to specialise. What that looks like day to day Acting as a right hand to our Product Managers: someone who can be trusted to just figure it out While you will be working in Product, you’ll be expected to build relationships and get stuff done with leaders across all functions Breaking down big, messy problems into actionable steps and delivering results Switching between projects (like figuring out how to extend the reach and stability of our telecom operations) and hands-on work (like supporting our Salesforce application process) Spotti…
