Job description

We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Product Operations team - the team that makes sure the regulatory intelligence our customers depend on is complete, current and correct. Medical device manufacturers use Flinn to stay on top of every standard, guidance and regulation they're legally required to follow. When an auditor asks them to prove they caught a change, our data is the evidence. Product Operations is what stands behind that promise: we curate and verify the regulatory data at the core of the product, set up and quality-assure every new customer account, and turn what we learn into better automation. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment. You'll work across Customer Success, Product and Engineering, and you'll have real influence on the roadmap - the improvements our team surfaces are a major driver of what gets built.
