Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Production Manager 生产经理（喷涂） located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao . What a typical day looks like: 1. 训练和指导团队的领导力的提升。 Train and guide the improvement of team leadership 2. 严格执行安全生产规章制度, 组织安全培训和演练, 排查安全隐患, 确保车间生产安全, 防止安全事故发生。 Strictly implement safety production regulations, organize the investigation of safety hazards, ensure workshop production safety, and prevent safety accidents from occurring. 3. 严格执行质量标准和工艺流程, 监督喷粉前处理, 喷涂, 固化等各环节的操作规范, 确保产品质量符合要求。 Strictly implement quality standards and process flow, supervise the operation specifications of pre-treatment, spraying, curing and other links before powder coating, and ensure that product quality meets requirements 4. 组织开展质量检验工作, 分析不合格品原因, 制定改进措施并跟踪落实, 降低不良率。确保部门管理人员遵守环境健康安全规章制度和要求, 推动环境健康安全的持续改进。 Organize quality inspection work, analyze the causes of non-conforming products, develop improvement measures and track their implementation to reduce the defect rate. Ensure that department managers comply with environmental health and safety regulations and requirements, and promote continuous improvement of environmental health and safety. 5. 合理控制车间生产过程中的物料消耗（如粉末, 溶剂等）, 能源消耗（如电力, 燃气等）, 降低生产成本。 Reasonably control the material consumption (such as powder, solvent, etc.) and energy consumption (such as electricity, gas, etc.) in the workshop production process to reduce production costs. 6. 优化生产流程, 提高生产效率, 减少工时浪费, 提升车间整体效益。 Optimize the production process, improve production efficiency, reduce wasted working hours, and enhance the overall efficiency of the workshop 7. 负责车间设备的日常维护保养计划制定与实施, 协调设备维修, 确保设备正常运行, 延长设备使用寿命。 Responsible for developing and implementing daily maintenance plans for workshop equipment, coordinating equipment repairs, ensuring normal equipment operation, and extending equipment lifespan. 8. 持续优化钣金喷粉生产工艺流程, 引入先进的生产技术和管理方法, 提升车间生产水平。 Continuously…
